Registration is open to all students of The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
Your opinion will help The Hague University of Applied Sciences to improve its services and better meet the wishes and expectations of its students. As a member of the Panel of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, you will also be involved in the results of the surveys and what The Hague University of Applied Sciences is doing with these results. In return you will receive credits for Bol.com gift vouchers.
We want you to participate in the Panel of The Hague University of Applied Sciences because you think it's important and fun to give your opinion on, for example, the facilities and services of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. You will receive an invitation approximately 5 to 7 times a year to share your opinion and give advice on all kinds of issues that are relevant to The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Participation in each survey is voluntary, so you decide if you want to give your opinion on a particular subject.
No, absolutely not. As a member of the Panel of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, you will only receive invitations for surveys conducted by The Hague University of Applied Sciences. We will not lend, hire out or sell your contact details to other organisations. You will therefore never receive offers from third parties via the Panel of The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
Your details will only be used to invite you to participate in surveys and to analyse the results. Participation in surveys is always anonymous and your name and email address will never be shared with others or linked to your answers without your permission.
On some occasions The Hague University of Applied Sciences may want to perform deeper analyses and link your answers to your study progress data (for example: BSA, foundation programme completed and number of credits obtained). To link this information, we are always obligated to ask for your permission. We will ask you for this for a specific survey and your permission will only apply to that survey.
Your email address will be used to establish the link. You are not obligated to give permission for this. Your privacy will be ensured at all times. For more information, please consult our privacy policy.
Participate in research
You can participate in any survey you are invited to. We try to invite you to a study about once every two months.
You will receive an email inviting you to participate in the survey. The email contains a personal link that takes you directly to the questionnaire.
The length of the surveys vary. On average, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete an online questionnaire. Sometimes it will take a little less time and sometimes a little longer. We always tell you beforehand how much time it will take to complete a questionnaire.
We use various techniques for the questionnaires. The Panel of The Hague University of Applied Sciences is supported by the most commonly used browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome. We ask you to use one of these browsers when answering the questionnaires.
If you still experience problems, please report the issue via the contact form. Please mention the device, operating system and browser you are using and tell us the problem you are experiencing.
We welcome your opinion! That is why you will receive loyalty points for every survey you participate in. The number of loyalty points depends on the length of the survey and can vary per survey. For every 50 loyalty points you will receive a digital bol.com voucher of €15. The survey invitation email states the number of loyalty points you can earn. If you have saved more points, you can of course also redeem more points.
By logging in to you personal page you can view your points total. There you can also exchange your points for a Bol.com gift card. Click on the 'Reward Points' button on your personal page.

Ruigrok manages the panel, the panel website and assists The Hague University of Applied Sciences in setting up, implementing, analysing and reporting the surveys.
